Frequently asked questions
The things hosts ask first.
Do I need a smart lock?
No. It shows the code you already use — a lockbox, a keypad, your building's door. If you hand keys over in person, the page says so.
Which booking sites does it work with?
Airbnb, today — paste its calendar link and your stays arrive on their own. Anywhere else, including direct bookings, you add stays yourself in a few seconds.
Do my guests have to download anything?
No. The link opens in their browser. No app, no account, no password.
What if a guest loses the link?
It's in your bookings list. Press Copy link and send it again.
Can guests see the entry code early?
Only if you want. You choose when it appears: as soon as they book, the night before, or an hour before check-in.
What happens after the 30 days?
You pick a plan, or you don't — there's no card on file, so nothing is charged either way. Your properties, guides and photos stay saved.
Whose name is on the page?
Yours. Your property's name and photo at the top. Entrio's once, small, at the bottom.
How many properties can I put in?
Three on Entrio Basic, five on Entrio Plus, as many as you like on Entrio Ultimate. Bookings are unlimited on all three.
